Robert has more than 30 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), having led programs for major clients such as AT&T and the Environmental Protection Agency. He is a nationally recognized expert in safety and environmental compliance and has developed and delivered EHS seminars across the United States. Robert’s academic background includes an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS from Villanova University. A multiple‑startup entrepreneur, he has partnered with TL Ventures and Safeguard Scientifics. Robert founded American Compliance Systems (ACS)—originally HELP Systems—in 1990, establishing a firm focused on EHS consulting, training, and compliance services. He continues to drive the creation of new solutions to meet evolving client needs, including the innovative 5 Step Solution© to Workplace Safety process.
